2. Eligibility

By enrolling in or using our services, you represent that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years old, or you are using the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian;

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if false, misleading, or incomplete information is submitted.

3. Nature of the Services

We provide educational and training-related services, including but not limited to:

Online courses and bootcamps
Live sessions, coaching calls, or webinars
Recordings and replays
Templates, worksheets, and downloadable materials
Portal access & Community access
Bonuses or limited-time inclusions

All services are educational in nature unless otherwise expressly stated.

4. Enrollment and Acceptance

Enrollment is deemed accepted once payment is successfully processed and/or confirmation, access instructions, or onboarding details are sent to the email address or account you provided.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order or enrollment if payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, a pricing error occurred, or we believe the purchase was made through unauthorized means.

5. Access Duration and Course-Specific Rules

5.1 Classic 30-Day Product Research Bootcamp

For the Classic 30-Day Product Research Bootcamp, the student is granted lifetime access to the specific course content included in that offer at the time of purchase. For clarity, “lifetime access” means access for the life of that specific course offer and platform availability.

Lifetime access to the Classic 30-Day Product Research Bootcamp does not automatically include future courses, separate premium programs, mastermind offers, or third-party software access.

5.2 Future Courses and Other Offers

All other current or future courses, trainings, digital products, or services may have different terms, including fixed access periods, replay windows, renewal fees, or different support coverage. The terms stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase shall control.

5.3 Platform Availability

We may migrate or replace course platforms from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve access, but do not guarantee that the exact same interface or delivery method will remain unchanged forever.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method and will pay the full amount due. We are not responsible for separate charges or failed transactions arising from third-party banks or payment providers.

7. Installment Payments

If an installment option is available, it is offered through a third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s own eligibility and terms. AMZ Training Center does not directly provide lending or financing.

Your installment agreement is between you and the third-party provider. Questions regarding billing schedules or late charges must be directed to them.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

Payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund policy is expressly stated on the relevant checkout page. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, lack of time, or dissatisfaction based solely on unmet personal expectations.

In cases of verified duplicate payment or material failure to deliver core services, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as account correction or partial refund.

9. No Guarantee of Employment or Results

We do not guarantee employment, client acquisition, hiring, income, or business success. Testimonials and student wins are provided for illustration only and are not promises of what any student will achieve. Your results depend on many factors, including effort, skill, and market conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials—including videos, slide decks, templates, and training systems—are owned by the Company. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning use only.

You may not copy, resell, share your login, or claim our content as your own. You may not turn our paid content into another course or training product.

11. User Conduct and Community Rules

You agree to behave respectfully in all sessions and communities. Harassment, spamming, self-promotion without permission, or dishonest conduct may result in removal or termination of access without refund.

12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We are not responsible for outages, technical failures, or pricing changes caused by third-party services such as course platforms, payment gateways, or sourcing software.

13. Privacy and Data Processing

We collect and process personal information necessary to process enrollments, provide support, and comply with legal requirements. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Support Availability

15. Communications

By signing up, you agree that we may send transactional emails, reminders, and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

16. Modifications to the Services

We may update or modify our curriculum and portal structure to improve delivery. Such changes do not entitle a participant to a refund provided the core value is still delivered.

17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific transaction.

18. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you fail to pay, violate these Terms, infringe our intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent conduct.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines after attempting informal resolution.
